www-rt3-elixus port is broken - the tarball this port wants to download doesnt
exist on the single download site any longer. There's a much updated version -
looks like a snapshot - on the download site.

Fix: 

Please keep updating the port, or mark it as broken
How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/www/rt3-elixus
make
