New port added, thank you! 

I flipped doxygen dependency to default-off, as dragging 
in whole doxygen circus with Qt and tetex just is not worthy 
some development docs. 

I added USE_GCC=3.4 for FreeBSD 4.x as this does not build 
with gcc-2.95, having some problems with templates. If you 
can conjure proper fix, it would be welcome.
