	The subversion-1.0.8 port is incomplete. It does not include the commit-email.pl & propchange-email.pl scripts, which are required for standard email notifications (called by the hook templates).

Fix: 

Install these scripts, and set @SVN_BINDIR@ to the install prefix, so they are usable.
How-To-Repeat: 	portinstall devel/subversion
	find /usr -name commit-email.pl\*
	find /usr -name propchange-email.pl\*
	find ~svn -name \*.pl
