Fix: Put the following patch in ports/mail/dspam/files: patch-dspam.conf.in.

# cat patch-dspam.conf.in 
How-To-Repeat: Just open the ${LOCALBASE}/etc/dspam.conf and see that "TrustedDeliveryAgent" is the only one
which correponds to our need (according to the setting in port's Makefile).

 Thanks for your PRs and for cc'ing me..

Next time please put mail/dspam in the subject (synopsis) to make
searching GNATS DB easier.

I have a better solution for this, it will be in the next update.

The state of the PR should be changed to "Analyzed".
