In ggz-client-libs, the "configure" script detects libggz by locating ${PREFIX}/lib/libggz.la, but libggz.la is not installed in FreeBSD. The problem is solved in the current CVS tree, but before the next release appears, I should use a dirty hack to make the "configure" script detect libggz by locating ${PREFIX}/lib/libggz.so instead of ${PREFIX}/lib/libggz.la . PORTREVISION is also defined to reflect the dirty fix. Please commit it, thanks! State Changed From-To: open->feedback Does this have any effect outside the configure script? I just tried to build this and it found libggz (libraries NONE, includes /usr/local/include) and all the compiled binaries seems to be linked to -lggz ...
