- Update to 1.8.2
- Fix (hopefully) the IRQ reporting on 5.x, before, xosview was simply exiting/crashing

Removed file(s):
- files/patch-Host.h
- files/patch-Xrm.h
- files/patch-bsd::cpumeter.cc
- files/patch-general.h
- files/patch-xwin.h

I tried to get more testing on ports@, especially on alpha, amd64 and/or
6-CURRENT, but nobody responded. I hope this update is regression-free. Please
test carefully. Thanks!

Port maintainer (clsung@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.
