- update distinfo for the updated syslog patch
- remove local patch that is now incorporated into the corresponding
  vendor patch (with slightly different wording)

Note to committer:
please 'cvs rm' files/patch-doc-squid.8

Fix: Apply this patch:
How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/www/squid && make fetch
