	the README in /pub/FreeBSD/CVSup contains a wrong URL

Fix: 

Change README:	
       pkg_add -f ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/CVSup/cvsupit.tgz
How-To-Repeat:     
        try to execute the command
       pkg_add -f ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/CVSup/cvsupit.tgz
