Update courier-0.45.4 to version 0.50.1 and unBREAK.

files to remove:
mail/courier/pkg-deinstall

filename changes:

mail/courier/files/crontab	-> mail/courier/files/crontab.in
mail/courier/pkg-install	-> mail/courier/files/pkg-install.in
mail/courier/pkg-message	-> mail/courier/files/pkg-message.in

new patch files:
mail/courier/files/patch-courier::submit.C
mail/courier/files/patch-liblock::locktest.c

the attached diff as well as the tarball of this port are available at

Changes include new DEPENDS on security/courier-authlib
early rcNG startup tunable: WITH_RCORDER
and tons of cleanup, the diff weighs in at over 80k

How-To-Repeat: 	cd /usr/ports/mail/courier && make install
