	Thanks Matthieu Moy (The up-stream maintainer) for pointing
	this out. In the new 1.1 version of xtla, we can utilize the
	configure args instead of patching source files.

	Removed files:
	files/patch-lisp-xtla-defs.el

	As this is an internal change, I didn't pump PORTREVERSION.
