	- replace bash with sh for more platform compatable
	- correct pkg-message to the current port tree status
	- port maintainer(gaoj@cpsc.ucalgary.ca) is CC'd

Sorry I am being really busy these days and could not have a chance to test 
the change of bash to sh. If the change does not cause any building problems, 
this PR should be good to be committed.
