Needle is a dependency injection container for Ruby. It can do:

 - Log method execution
 - Reference another service
 - Unit testing
 - Lifestyle management

It's a dependency for rubygem-net-ssh, which I'm submitting afterwards.

'devel/Needle' should be 'devel/rubygem-needle' in the synopsis.
