The textproc/py-4suite port is not usable on 64-bit platforms due to issues with Expat, and needs to be marked as such. This only applies to textproc/py-4suite, not textproc/py-4suite-xml, in which the issues have been fixed. Fix: Apply the following patch to textproc/py-4suite/Makefile: How-To-Repeat: http://people.freebsd.org/~fenner/errorlogs/mike@skew.org.html
According to the log, this bug seems to affect only the documentation, so maybe just setting NOPORTDOCS on the 64-bit platforms fixes the package build. Have you tried this?

Regarding http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=94011 I have no way of testing on a 64-bit platform at the moment. However, I would like for the port to be marked as unusable on 64-bit even if it can be built without docs, given that the problem is in the bundled expat (XML parser) and the package being what it is (Python libs for XML processing, heavily depending on that bundled parser). It is likely that people attempting to use this package on *64 archs will sooner or later run into problems like those seen during the documentation build.
