devel/libevent is marked as BROKEN on FreeBSD >= 700014, but it builds on
FreeBSD/amd64 with kern.osreldate: 700015 (source synced at 04/03/2006) and seem
to be working ok as dependency of security/tor or security/tor-devel.

How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/devel/libevent
comment out version check and
make
