- update to 1.61
- add options for v6 (enable/disable)
- take maintainership

Changelog:
Version 1.61: The â--payload-lenâ option will correctly report a 0 payload length when the TCP header is broken. Reported by Vern Paxson. Include initial, undocumented version of ipaggmanip.
Version 1.60: Ipaggcreate works and is documented! Extensive update of ipsumdumpâs internals to use new Click features, including the Script element. Please report any bugs you find.
Version 1.59: Add â--tcp-windowâ option. Requested by Ver
