Chaco is graph partitioner developed by Sandia and available under the LGPL. It is useful for making decomposition of Finite Elements prior to a parallel computation. In the future some CAD/FEA tools could make use of this package. For the time being the only port that currently supports it is MBDyn (support is still experimental though) and a specific patch it was added to the Chaco port for this purpose. Initially one must fill a form to get this software here: http://www.cs.sandia.gov/~web9200/9200_download.html however, since this is under the LGPL I would appreciate a committer mirroring the tarball on a local site.
I'm not a commiter, but here are some mirrors: http://bsd1.csme.ru/myports/Chaco-2.2.tar.gz http://bsd2.csme.ru/myports/Chaco-2.2.tar.gz http://bsd3.csme.ru/myports/Chaco-2.2.tar.gz And this is a direct link to the official download: http://www.cs.sandia.gov/downloads/papers/bahendr/Chaco-2.2.tar.gz
State Changed From-To: open->closed Committed, thanks!
