- Fix mouse problems.
- Add OPTIONS to allow building only the client or dedicated server, or both.
- Use DATADIR instead of BASEDIR and use it in pkg-plist.

Current mouse code seems to work fine per my testing here.  Exactly what 
problem does your fix address?  I also didn't see any changes in mouse 
handling in latest release.  Did you worked it through with developers?
