There are some plans to remove COMPAT_43TTY from the GENERIC kernels in the future (we hope), but some application in Ports still use <sgtty.h>, the old-style terminal ioctl's. One of the ports is Party. Party already supports termios, but it isn't used on FreeBSD. This patch makes Party avoid <sgtty.h>. The application now compiles on a system without <sgtty.h>.
