Vidalia doesn't build on FreeBSD 5 amd64 because
gcc doesn't like Qt's header files. Example log at:
http://pointyhat.freebsd.org/errorlogs/amd64-errorlogs/e.5.2007092808/vidalia-0.0.14.log

I don't have am64 hardware to test and I don't
use FreeBSD 5 anyway, therefore the attached patch
simply marks it as broken.

Reported by Pav Lucistnik (twice, sorry).
