	Upgrade the wmsound port from 0.9.3 to 0.9.5

Fix: Apply the following diff to ${PORTS}/audio/wmsound.

I tested your patch. When I run wmsound, I get:
WMSound Error: Problem loading WMSound Config file!

Do you know how to fix this error?
