Update port: net/ss5 Update net/ss5 to the version 3.6.4.R3 Fix: Patch attached with submission follows:
Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->ehaupt I will take care of it.
State Changed From-To: open->feedback Why do you force the user to manually create a file called ${PREFIX}/etc/ss5/ss5.ha instead of automatically doing it for the user? Is there a license issue?
Hi, there are no license issue for the ss5 application. If the "ss5.ha" file doesn't exist the ss5 server doesn't start with ambiguous error messages that can create confusion for the users. I contacted the developer for this issue... for now the workaround is to create the file manually. Regard Raffaele
