	The master copy of ucspi-tcp-0.8.4 has moved.

Fix: 

Change the Makefile MASTER_SITES  from
	ftp://koobera.math.uic.edu/pub/software/
	to
	ftp://koobera.math.uic.edu/www/software/
How-To-Repeat: 
	cd /usr/ports/sysutils/ucspi-tcp
	make

	Note that you can't find a distfile..
