The information provided for some IRC channels is either inaccurate or out of date.

Looks that <ulink URL="XX">XX</ulink> is more appropriate here than
"<filename>XX</filename>

<hostid>XX</hostid> is what you want.

Since it is practically dead, I would just remove the entry.  No one is
going to get any help out of that channel.
