WManager is a neat windowmanager "manager" that allows you to choose
between windowmanagers at startup of X.

How-To-Repeat: 
Use the shar below to import the new port to the tree.

New port committed, thanks!  I modified patch-aa a bit so it doesn't depend 
on 'etags'.
