Patch to update of rsync port to 2.3.2 version. Also additional patch
provided to force it to use system libz instead of its own.

portions used in the 2.3.2 upgrade which has been commited.

Unfortunately, I have come to find out that Rsync has customized the zlib
in their source distribution.  So was are not able to use FreeBSD's base
libz for Rsync.  Otherwise ``rsync -z'' is broken in some cases.
