Patch for ocaml 4.02.3

This an update for OCaml 4.02.3.  It should fix r398381, from which
I derived it.

It does not pass Q/A tests (stage-qa:) due to many leftovers. Please recheck pkg-plist.

Michael, it fails miserably on DragonFly.  Your patch removed all the DragonFly changes and do not put the equivalent back.

Please be careful about this, it seems to happen on every update.

  The previous upgrade removed all the dragonfly patches.  Bring those
  back to restore the port on DragonFly.

I am sorry about that John!

With each release, the upstream configure script is edited here and there,
and cannot use the old patch to work the update out. But I will keep
Dragonfly BSD in mind the next time.
