Reassign ports to make robak happy

First batch of reassigning all my ports to my other email.

Thanks for the submission. I must note that you already update science/py-h5py in another PR:

https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=209630

Which may be in progress by Dmitry. So perhaps drop that port from this batch of patches to avoid collision? Also both patches to it do not update your email addr which, as far as I can tell, is in listed in svn as your old addr?

Clearly the right way to solve this duplicity is have h5py added as dependency and wait until that is committed.

I did this patch in the main portstree and did not expect the h5py to take as long to be committed. My bad.

(In reply to Johannes Jost Meixner from comment #2)

Well, yes, technically. I guess I just wanted to suggest a solution of having them independent since they solve different problems and aren't strictly related, and thus can both be committed asap without having to wait or remember to update patches here after that one is committed. ;)

Committed, thanks.
