This port provides a British English voice, sampled at 8 kHz, for Festival. It depends on the festival (ports/21182), festlex-poslex (ports/21186) and festlex-oald (ports/21185) ports. It conflicts with festvox-rab16 (ports/21199). This is based on the NetBSD port. Please retain the line saying so, and the $NetBSD$ RCS tags, when committing it. It looks like this one didn't get committed. At least, the others have arrived on cvsup8.freebsd.org but it hasn't, and it's not mentioned in the commit logs. I've made a tiny change to the proposed port at http://jpj.net/~trevor/freebsd/ports/festvox-rab8.shar : in the Makefile I changed the line CONFLICTS= festvox-rab8 to CONFLICTS= festvox-rab16 (of course this doesn't matter for FreeBSD--I've mentioned the conflict in pkg/DESCR). -- Trevor Johnson http://jpj.net/~trevor/gpgkey.txt
