Adds x11-fonts/meslo and a SUBDIR entry in x11-fonts/Makefile.

This diff adds my favorite monospaced font from macOS to FreeBSD ports.

Description:

Meslo LG is a customized version of Apple's Menlo-Regular font
(which is a customized Bitstream Vera Sans Mono).
