Prometheus 1.7.1 has an issue with the targets page of the web UI when compiled with Go 1.9.x as covered here: https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/issues/3046

Version 1.7.2 of Prometheus fixes this, but perhaps it should be bumped directly to 1.8.0.

Thank you for your patience. 

Yes, the port should be bumped to 1.8.1. My build box is currently hosed, hence the delay in getting this port updated. If your willing, you can have a go, or wait a little longer, and I will get to it. Thanks for the report.

This patch updates the Prometheus port to 1.8.1.

Patch submitted, it builds and installs fine. The targets page of the web UI once again functions correctly.
