Upstream development has ended 2 years ago and the MYSQL option is broken as 
USE_PHP=mysql is no longer supported with PHP 7.x, so there is some doubt as
to whether it even works with PHP 7 or not.

Should this port be removed?  If it stays the MYSQL should be fixed.

It seems that there is some activity here [1], so maybe it can be updated
instead.

As active development is over and has not been taken over by anyone for years, www/pivotx should be removed.
