I'm just looking to patch games/minecraft-server to the newest available release. I'm not sure how to generate the distinfo file, but the changes needed to the Makefile are:

PORTVERSION=    1.14.2

MASTER_SITES=   https://launcher.mojang.com/v1/objects/808be3869e2ca6b62378f9f4b33c946621620019/

I apologize for not creating a proper patch... I'm still unfamiliar with the process.

Does 1.14.4 server work on FreeBSD?  Or has the patch simply been tested to build the FreeBSD port?

I've just played on this server (and on 1.14.3 for last two or three days), it works. I'm starting it with OpenJDK 12 rather than default 8, though - if it matters, I can do a quick test with 8.
