Description Stephan Muhs 2019-10-01 00:08:20 UTC
The FreeBSD port of kodi is still on kodi 17.6, while kodi 18 was released in January. I emailed the maintainer to ask if he was still going to update the port and he replied that he would not:

i confirm, we need to start from the kodi-devel port 18.2 and then update it to 18.4

@Maintainer Please open a new/separate issue for the port update.

The maintainer reset should be MFH'd (so the values are consistent)

Tobias can you MFH?

Note: Reporter was not maintainer not Submitter (no patch was provided), as specified in ports r516215 commit log message
Comment 4 Tobias Kortkamp freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2019-11-01 11:02:50 UTC
I see no reason to MFH it.
Comment 5 Kubilay Kocak freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2019-11-01 11:12:36 UTC
(In reply to Tobias Kortkamp from comment #4)

That's fine, I'll MFH it.
Comment 6 Kubilay Kocak freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2019-11-01 11:14:30 UTC
Pending MFH (so quarterly uses dont have incorrect information about who the maintainer is)
