fastnetmon

fastnetmon expects /etc/fastnetmon.conf but the port installs by default in /usr/local/etc/fastnetmon.conf

The fastnetmon_flags in rc.conf allows for adding "--configuration_file /usr/local/etc/fastnetmon.conf", but why not make that the default?

Attached patch does that.
