2.4.1 is the latest version, please update the diff, and I can take it from here, thanks!

Please also remove:

- PORTREVISION
- # $FreeBSD$

and edit devel/Makefile to hook it to the build.

You need to add an entry for this new port in <category>/Makefile to "hook it to the build".
