	Port for IP Accounting Daemon (sysutils/ipa) should not allow to
	built package of itself, because it should be built uniquely for
	each site. Different versions of IP Firewall and IP Filter cause
	different structure sizes, methods of management, etc.
	
	I just want to stop building package for sysutils/ipa on package
	building machine and don't want to restrict its destribution.
	If I used wrong method for this (see below), please tell me.
