The abovementioned locale is simply missing. Thanks for some kind soul we already have localized keymap and necessary console fonts. I hope this addition fills the gap and will be found also in the upcoming 4.3-RELEASE. Fix: Following needs makefile glue etc. I'll leave it to more knowledgeable people. Or, if it is small enough, plain text works much better than uuencode. Of course I know what uudecode does...
