fix links to Makefile section

The links unter https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/porters-handbook/order/#porting-order-depends
have a syntax error. They contain a colon that needs to be removed:

E.g.
* crossref:makefiles:[makefile-fetch_depends,`FETCH_DEPENDS`]

needs to be

* crossref:makefiles[makefile-fetch_depends,`FETCH_DEPENDS`]

This was true for en, pt-br and zh-tw
