Proposed patch

Update to v0.19.1.

Upstream changelog entries:

 - Fixed crash when operating on Google Contacts. :gh:`994`
 - The HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY are now respected. :gh:`1031`
 - Instructions for integrating with Google CalDav/CardDav have changed. Applications now need to be registered as "Web Application". :gh:`975`
 - Various documentation updates.

Also change the 'GOOGLE' dependency to use aiohttp-oauthlib, the port for which was submitted as https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=270456 .
