Last release in 2017 and no active development since, redirect users to security/doas or security/sudo

As both author and maintainer, I respectfully disagree.  There no real evolution planned so far but it is stable and still works as intended.

If that's the case, can you please do to the following to make it up to date and comply with current standards of ports?

* Add GitHub to MASTER_SITES
* Update WWW which currently is broken (and since (www.)keltia.net also doesn't work I got the impression that it was abandonware)
* Define LICENSE_FILE
  https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/porters-handbook/book/#licenses-license
* Update port to use DISTVERSION instead of PORTVERSION?
  https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/porters-handbook/book/#porting-pkgname
* Define CONFIGURE_ARGS once (use \)
