UPDATING has been trimmed, but some entries may reference trimmed entries.

For example, in 20220421:
...
  If you do not use pkg, please check entry 20190420.
...
but 20190420 has been trimmed (ef68f3dd115b).

The correct commit with the UPDATING trim should be e83268eaaadc1cca0f2b8d69fd37dc442ed47173

    Reword some texts if the packages in question are long gone,
    inline referenced text otherwise.
