The only user in tree is graphics/mapserver which will migrate to librsvg2 in PR 279897.

Given that its abandoned long ago along with graphics/libsvg-cairo I'd suggest that we sunset these ports

    Depends on deprecated library graphics/libsvg-cairo, redirect users
    to ImageMagick or librsvg (rsvg-convert)
