	pth is in the library path when jabber is built, however after a
	a restart it is not found.

Fix: Bug found and suggestion from Rasputin <rasputin@submonkey.net>.
	Suggestion tweaked slightly.  Much thanks.
How-To-Repeat: 	Build jabber, reboot system, watch jabber not start.
