This updates postgresql to 7.2.1, which is an important bugfix.

Also, the periodic script has been refurbished.

Fix: REMOVE:
  files/patch-src::backend::utils::init::findbe.c
  pkg-plist.doc

and apply the patch below. Also, I'll send separate PRs about some
subports that need to be synchronized.
