Description chat95 2002-07-17 16:20:01 UTC
I made a new port for FreeBSD, biology/pymol.
Pymol is molecular viewer written by python.
This viewer is free, but very powerful, and produces extremely
beautiful pictures of proteins in different format(simple view,
3d-stereo view, and ribbon structure, and so on) and movies.
See for example, visiting http://pymol.sourceforge.net/pmimag.html
or simply typing,
pymol /usr/local/share/pymol/dat/1tii.pdb
after installing this new port.

I checked with portlint, and it says, "looks fine".
Thank you very much for showing me your interest.
