xopps is a program to produce Gant charts, it is brought to you 
courtesy of JPL. It requires Motif, but I used Lesstif to build it.

Fix: 

xopps.tgz in incoming
How-To-Repeat: While I tried it, it was unstable, but perhaps with the right resources
it works: I was tempted to label it broken, but it's probable that using
displays with more than 16 colors, Motif, and some X configuration (the
Xopps file) it works.

I just noticed this program uses enscript, which was casually ported and
commited few days ago :).
