	- Update to 1.1.14
	- Use bzip2
	- Dont check GNU sed

The maintainer indicated in a private e-mail message that he feels fine
about this change, and that he is also no longer able to maintain this
port.  I am going to commit the change soon; would you to maintain the
port from now on?
