	Upgrade install overwrites /etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf, and /etc/ppp/ppp.conf, /etc/ppp/ppp.linkup during ppp install, before backing up /etc

Fix: Backup all /etc files before writing.

How-To-Repeat: 
	Choose upgrade from the sysinstall menu
