does not match md5 checksum.

Fix: 

manually grab the file from ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/distfiles
How-To-Repeat: 
Grumpy: [1022] cd /usr/ports/x11/tix
Grumpy: [1023] make patch
