update the tkdesk port to the lastest release of tkdesk (tkdesk-1.0b5)
and change the master site, and cope with changes to tcl/tk package
structure.

Fix: 

new port uploaded to
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.ORG/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/tkdesk-1.0b5_port.tar.gz

Re-open pending a new port to the latest version of tkdesk 
but still using an ancient version of tk to allow for tkdesk 
to use its own hacked up version of itcl.
